Ingredients:
- 17 gr of Active yeast
-2 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
-1/4 cup oil
- 5 or 6 cups of wheat white non bleached flour
- salt
Use warm water and sugar to activate yeast, wait until bubbles and foam is form. In a separate bowl mix flour with salt and add the rest of the water and oil (olive oil gives a delicious twist, but any kind can be use). Add the activated yeast and knead using your knuckles and folding the dough until is soft and homogeneous. Let it raise cover with a kitchen towel and in a warm place if possible, for 40 minutes.
Once it has doubled its size, give the desired form, long, big round, small balls, and let it rest a little longer on an oiled bread pan.
Preheat oven to 350 F or 180 C. Bake until bottom is browned.
